About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Tenure Track Licensed Vocational Nursing Instructor to teach theory, skills lab, and clinical courses in acute and long-term care settings on our North County Campus. The role involves developing and delivering student-centered, equity-minded curricula, utilizing modern technology and simulation labs, and fostering critical thinking and clinical reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver student-centered, equity-minded curricula in theory, skills lab, and clinical settings.
• Utilize modern technology and simulation labs to enhance learning.
• Communicate effectively with students and provide grading and feedback.
• Support diverse learners and foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in curriculum development, program review, and college committees.
