Licensed Vocational Nurse - Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Perform basic patient care tasks such as obtaining vital signs, weighing patients, and collecting specimens, including phlebotomy.
• Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and procedures, as well as support patient flow within the clinic.
• Answer phone calls, record messages, and help with scheduling tests, results, and pre-certifications.
• Document patient information accurately and assist with medication refills and immunizations per provider orders.
• Clean and restock exam rooms, maintain sterile techniques, and order supplies.
• Perform routine clerical duties like locating patient charts, filing, and completing forms.
• Attend training sessions and fulfill other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of employment or a compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
