Licensed Therapist (LMFT / LMHC / LCSW) – Behavioral Health

About the Role

We are seeking a Florida-licensed LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW who enjoys working with children, adolescents, parents, and families. This is an opportunity to provide meaningful mental health services in a collaborative behavioral health environment alongside experienced ABA professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or parent-focused therapy based on client needs.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based mental health interventions.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and other healthcare professionals as appropriate.
• Participate in case consultation and clinical team meetings.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with Florida requirements.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Florida LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW license.
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, parents, or families preferred.
• Strong communication, assessment, and clinical documentation skills.
• Compassionate, professional, and dependable approach to client care.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth services.

Pay

$60–$70 per hour
