Licensed Therapist - Inpatient

About the role

The Licensed Therapist at Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine will provide therapy services to patients in an inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient interactions and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Licensed to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a similar license in the state of operation
• Experience working in an inpatient behavioral health setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of behavioral health disorders and treatment modalities
• Proficiency in clinical assessment tools and techniques
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
