Licensed Therapist (Horse Experience)

Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapy sessions incorporating horses and nature-based experiences.
• Support clients in developing emotional awareness, coping skills, and personal growth.
• Collaborate with our team to create a safe, supportive therapeutic environment.
• Maintain clinical documentation and uphold ethical standards of practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist (LPC, LPC-IT, APSW, LCSW, or equivalent) or license-eligible.
• Experience with horses and comfort working around them.
• Experience or strong interest in equine-assisted therapy.
• Ability to work outdoors in a farm-based setting.
• Passion for creative, experiential approaches to healing.
