Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time

About the role

HTS is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to join our therapy team in Louisville, KY. This position is full-time at 30–40 hours per week. The SLP will treat at a well-established senior living community located in the heart of historic Old Louisville, Kentucky, with a diverse caseload spanning rehab, home, long-term care, assisted living, independent living, and memory care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality speech and language therapy to residents in supportive environments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Requirements

• Active Kentucky Speech Language Pathologist license, or the necessary qualifications to earn a Kentucky license (including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of the national licensure exam). Applicants without licensure will not be considered.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence, or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; proof of eligibility required upon offer of employment.
