We are looking for full-time Associate Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental health services via telehealth to clients across the lifespan.
Requirements
- Master's level degree and licensure.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (no employer sponsorship now or in the future).
- Work‑from‑home space must provide privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus.
Skills
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
- Treatment planning.
- Comfortable utilizing technology (telehealth software, video communication, internal tools).
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals.
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments.

Pay
Compensation range: $60K – $63K.
Schedule
