Brave Health is stepping up to close this gap by making mental health care accessible, affordable, and life-changing for all. We are looking for full-time Associate Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental health services via telehealth platform.
Requirements
- Master's level degree and active licensure.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (no employer sponsorship required now or in the future).
- Work‑from‑home space must provide privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus.
Skills
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
- Treatment planning.
- Comfortable utilizing technology throughout the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals.
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments.
Pay
- Base salary: $60,000 – $63,000 per year.
- Incentivized bonus pay structure for eligible employees.
- Additional compensation for bilingual (Spanish) candidates.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, no weekends.
- Shift options: Eastern Time 10 a.m.–7 p.m. or 11 a.m.–8 p.m.; Central Time 9 a.m.–6 p.m. or 10 a.m.–7 p.m.
