We are looking for full-time Associate Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program!
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental health services via telehealth
Requirements
- Master's level degree and licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (no employer sponsorship now or in the future)
- Work-from-home space must provide privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
Skills
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning
- Comfortable utilizing technology (telehealth software, video communication, internal communication tools)
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
Benefits
- 100% remote work from home
- W2 full-time position
- Base salary $60k–$63k with incentivized bonus pay structure
- Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends; shift options 10a–7p ET or 11a–8p ET
