We are looking for full-time Licensed Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program!
Responsibilities
Provide outpatient mental health services via telehealth platform.
Requirements
- Master's level degree and licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (no employer sponsorship now or in the future)
- Work-from-home space must ensure privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
Skills
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning
- Comfortable utilizing technology (telehealth software, video communication, internal tools)
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments

- Compensation package includes base plus bonus ($74‑81k base, with earning potential up to $100k)

Pay
Compensation range: $74,000 – $81,000 base (with bonus potential up to $100,000)
Schedule
Monday – Friday, no weekends. Shift options: 9 am–6 pm, 10 am–7 pm, or 11 am–8 pm EDT.
