Licensed Sales Representative (Entry-Level)

About the role

We’re hiring entry-level Licensed Sales Representatives to join our team. In this phone-based role, you’ll speak with existing clients only; there is no cold calling or building a book of business. Most leads come from our customer service team or website referrals.

Responsibilities

• Speak with 3–4 clients per hour, listening and aligning their needs with available products.
• Build and maintain relationships with empathy and professionalism.
• Complete 10–12 weeks of paid training with full support and materials provided.
• Pass the Life and Health Insurance exam within 45 days (2 attempts), with paid, on-the-job study time.

Schedule

• Training: Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:45 pm
• Post-training: Monday–Friday 9:15 am–6:00 pm

Pay

$50,000 starting salary plus performance-based incentives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Must work onsite in professional dress attire
• Strong interest in sales and client-focused customer service
• Willingness to study and pass a required Life and Health licensing exam within 45 days of being hired and 2 attempts
