Responsibilities
- Consistently execute PLACE lead generation activities each week to build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and create ongoing business opportunities.
- Turn lead generation efforts into signed appointments by building trust, communicating value, and creating meaningful connections with potential buyers.
- Participate in weekly script practice to strengthen communication skills, improve objection handling, and stay aligned with team standards and best practices.
- Show up engaged and prepared for team meetings, trainings, and collaborative initiatives, contributing ideas and supporting the success of the team as a whole.
- Commit to ongoing professional development through training, coaching, and Partner Calls to continue growing your skills, stay current on market trends, and improve performance.
- Guide buyers through every step of the home buying process—from signed buyer agreements to identifying, touring, and evaluating the right properties for their goals.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate purchase offers with confidence, always advocating for your clients’ best interests and working toward successful outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client communication, activities, and transactions within PLACE Technology to ensure strong follow-up and accountability.
- Take advantage of opportunities for additional rewards, including paid events and travel incentives, by consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals.

Pay
$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
