Responsibilities

  • Leads Handed to You: We'll put opportunities directly in your hands—so you spend less time chasing and more time closing deals (and earning more).
  • Turn Conversations Into Closings: With our scripts, playbooks, and coaching, you'll quickly convert leads and your own sphere into signed clients and real income.
  • Grow Fast With October Training: Starting this October, you'll have access to our new fast-track training program—designed to help you lock in 3 extra transactions before year end.
  • Work Smarter, Not Harder: Host consultations, showings, and open houses with team systems and support that free you up to focus on what drives revenue.
  • Stay Sharp and Accountable: Join huddles and weekly accountability sessions that keep you motivated, supported, and hitting your goals.
  • Earn More by Growing Together: Collaborate with teammates and leadership who are invested in your success, helping you build a business that lasts.

Qualifications

  • Active Virginia Real Estate Salesperson License (required)
  • Full-time commitment to real estate (this is not a side hustle)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-driven mindset
  • Comfortable with technology, CRMs, and follow-up systems
  • Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement
  • A positive attitude and high level of personal accountability
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
