Licensed Psychological Associate -Roanoke Rapids, NC

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) to support the delivery of high-quality ABA services through psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.

Locations Available: Burlington, NC; Gastonia, NC; Greensboro, NC; High Point, NC; Morganton, NC; Roanoke Rapids, NC

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations for children ages 2-10 with developmental and behavioral concerns, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Provide diagnostic clarification and recommendations to support ABA treatment.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical teams to develop individualized treatment recommendations.
• Provide parent education and consultation to support positive treatment outcomes.
• Partner with physicians, schools, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical, Counseling, Educational, or School Psychology.
• Active North Carolina Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) (or license eligibility).
• Experience evaluating children with developmental disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
• Experience working alongside Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) teams is a plus.
