About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team. This is a Standard Full Time position based remotely in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Provide mental health support to individuals with type 1 diabetes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Requirements
- Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or similar license
- Experience working with individuals with chronic illnesses
- Knowledge of type 1 diabetes management and its psychological impacts
