Licensed Mental Health Professional

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in an outpatient setting
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with standards
• Offer crisis intervention and support as needed

Requirements

• Active licensure as an LPC or LCSW
• Master’s degree in human services or a related field
• At least 2 years of clinical experience working with adults experiencing mental illness
• Comprehensive knowledge of recovery principles and recovery-focused service systems
• Possession of a valid Louisiana Driver’s License and compliance with all necessary state and federal clearances
