Responsibilities
- Performs diagnostic assessments, collecting diagnostic information, determining immediate treatment plans for patients.
- Requests medical consultation, where indicated, in a diligent and timely manner.
- Provides direct, intensive psychiatric therapy to individuals, families and/or groups identified as having psychiatric disorders.
- Collaborates with community agencies, primary care physicians, court system, and managed-care entities to coordinate treatment goals.
- Develops RYC treatment plan and monitors, completes, and revises its progress.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or a related field.
- Licensure: Current licensure in good standing to practice from the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in a community mental health setting.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of mental health disorders.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using software and tools relevant to mental health practice.
Pay
$32.73 - $49.09/hr
Schedule
Monday-Friday; 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
