About the role

People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a Licensed Program Supervisor to join our Children's Targeted Case Management team. This position is responsible for administrative and clinical supervision in coordinating program services, quality assurance, staff selection, and training. The role also includes providing direct client care, developing therapeutic alliances, conducting diagnostic and comprehensive assessments, and offering clinical supervision.

Pay

Hiring range: $78,000 - $88,000, plus a $4,000 hiring bonus. Salary varies based on licensure and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Support the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values, as well as program and organizational policies, procedures, and service standards, ensuring staff understand and integrate them accordingly.
  • Complete comprehensive diagnostic assessments, including an evaluation of client functioning and its relationship to mental and chemical health.
  • Ensure all assessments include a risk assessment identifying risk factors and interventions in accordance with best practices.
  • Lead weekly clinical supervision meetings, reviewing individualized treatment plans, client progress, and other programmatic and treatment issues.
  • Review and sign off on all assessments and treatment plans to confirm accuracy and reflect the medical necessity of services as required.
  • Supervise assigned program staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and proper procedures, providing coaching when errors or problems are identified.
  • Provide staff training, assess strengths and development needs, and offer timely and specific feedback on job duties, company policies, and best practices.
  • Partner with staff to identify and develop professional goals that encourage and support growth within the organization.
