The LPN directs resident care; collaborates with physicians, residents, and multi-disciplinary team members; and provides physical and psychological support to residents, families, and team members. Responsibilities
- Communicating a sense of caring, concern, and dignity for elders
- Recognizing the autonomy and dignity of all elders
- Understanding how to place decision-making in the hands of the elders
- Focusing on providing high-quality service and care
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- CPR certification
- At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired; long-term care experience preferred
Pay
Starting from $28.00 per hour, with increases based on experience. Shift differential of $3.00 for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Schedule
Full-time and part-time day shifts available.
