Licensed Practical Nurse - Short-Term Rehabilitation

Role Overview

Provide person-centered nursing care in a short-term rehabilitation setting, ensuring resident safety and well-being while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' health
• Document interventions
• Adjust care plans as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with active Minnesota license
• Basic Life Support certification from AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network
• Preferably one year of experience in long-term care, home health, or two years in acute care
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and adapt to unpredictable situations
• Flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
