Registered Nurse - Short-Term Rehabilitation

About the Role

This position involves delivering person-centered nursing care in a retirement community setting, focusing on residents' safety, well-being, and recovery. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized nursing care across various care settings, including rehabilitation and assisted living.
• Monitor and manage residents' health needs, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare teams for comprehensive care planning and education.
• Accurately document clinical interventions and resident progress.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; RN experience in long-term, home health, or acute care preferred.
• Active Minnesota RN license and Basic Life Support certification.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• International degrees require credential evaluation.
