About the role

Provide compassionate bedside care to long-term care residents under RN or physician direction. Support resident assessments and safely administer medications while monitoring reactions. Assist with routine tests and basic treatments to support individualized care plans. Promote resident safety and well-being through education, observation, and prompt response to risks or changes.

Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Qualifications
