Licensed Practical Nurse - Private Duty Nursing
About the role
In this role, you'll provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the comfort of your patient's home. Assignments may include pediatric or adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
Pay
$28 - $35 per hour. Pay is based on relevant experience and shift type (e.g., day, evening, night).
Schedule
Shifts typically range from 8 to 12 hours, depending on patient needs.
