About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing private duty homecare for pediatric and adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care for patients with medical needs such as G-tubes, trach, vent, seizure monitoring, diabetic and personal care
- Administer rescue medications
- Support patient well-being during scheduled shifts, including weekends
Options for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles covering day and night shifts.
Qualifications
- Valid LPN licensure
- Current health certificate
- PPD or chest X-ray
- BLS card
- Preferably one year of experience
Skills
