Licensed Practical Nurse - Private Duty Nursing

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing in-home care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients. Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders during each assignment.Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in patients.Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, documenting diagnoses and potential issues. Qualifications & Skills Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.Valid TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.Preferably, at least one year of professional nursing experience. Key Duties & Focus: Delivering personalized, skilled nursing care at patients' homes, assessing health status, and maintaining accurate documentation, all while adhering to prescribed medical orders.
