Licensed Practical Nurse - Private Duty Nursing

About the role

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing in-home care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders during each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in patients.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, documenting diagnoses and potential issues.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Valid TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
• Preferably, at least one year of professional nursing experience.

Key Duties & Focus

• Delivering personalized, skilled nursing care at patients' homes.
• Assessing health status and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Adhering to prescribed medical orders.
