Licensed Practical Nurse | Private Duty Nurse

About the role

Provide one-on-one adult and pediatric nursing care in patients' homes, including assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation within your scope of practice. Communicate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams about patient health.

Deliver care such as tracheostomy management, ventilator support, feeding tubes, wound care, and seizure management.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in Minnesota
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Experience aligned with the agency’s scope of services
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Ability to lift, turn, and transfer up to 50 lbs

Pay

Starting at $27/hour

Schedule

Flexible shifts, typically 8-12 hours
