Licensed Practical Nurse - Nurse Clinic

Role Overview This position focuses on providing quality nursing care by building strong relationships with members and patients, understanding their needs, and responding promptly to ensure safety and satisfaction. It involves supporting physicians with patient care, performing routine and specialized nursing procedures, monitoring patient conditions, and educating patients on health management. The role includes maintaining a safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols, and ensuring accurate documentation. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and emergency policies.Support medical providers, prepare patients, and facilitate procedures.Administer treatments and medications as per physician orders.Monitor, report, and record patient status and reactions.Educate patients on health and home care practices.Assist with examinations, minor surgeries, and patient care activities.Record clinical information accurately and maintain supplies.Contribute to team training and perform administrative duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program and licensure as an LPN in Colorado.High School Diploma or GED required.Current Colorado Practical Nurse license and BLS certification within 3 months.Demonstrated customer service skills, with additional certifications such as IV therapy preferred.Experience with adult, pediatric, or trauma care is a plus.Spanish speaking is highly encouraged.
