Licensed Practical Nurse - Clinic

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient well-being and administers medications
• Performs laboratory tests and therapeutic services
• Educates patients and families on treatment plans, self-care, and resources
• Documents provider encounters, transcribes orders, and updates patient charts
• Maintains safety and performs additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent
• Valid LPN license and BLS certification (specific to state)
• Physical ability for standing, lifting, and other movements
• Strong communication skills and attention to safety
