About the role
Provide patient care on a medical floor specializing in pulmonary and respiratory conditions.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care
- Maintain professional accountability and evaluate care effectiveness
- Coordinate patient care with other departments
- Uphold patient rights and confidentiality
- Perform duties aligned with our mission, values, and standards
- Provide focused respiratory patient care, support treatment and patient education
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote recovery
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience
- Valid LPN license and BLS certification (additional certifications as required)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist with patient mobility
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Experience levels vary; new or experienced LPNs considered.
