Licensed Practical Nurse | Neuro | Days | 40 hours/week

About the role

Provides patient care by utilizing the nursing process under supervision or direction of a licensed or registered nurse. Ensures professional accountability for patient care, coordinates with other departments, and maintains patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing duties in accordance with mission, values, and standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in Missouri, meeting State Board requirements.
• New graduates and experienced LPNs are welcome.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association or within 30 days of hire.
• LPN‑IV Certification completed before or within 3 months of hire (up to 1 year based on unit needs).

Requirements

• Frequent standing and walking.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift or turn patients with assistance.
• Capability to push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs.
