Licensed Practical Nurse | Neuro | Days | 40 hours/week

About the role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or guidance of licensed healthcare professionals. Maintains accountability for patient care, coordinates with other departments, and upholds patient rights and confidentiality. Performs duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing process to deliver patient care.
• Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure patient rights and confidentiality are maintained.
• Perform nursing duties consistent with standards and protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in Missouri, meeting State Board requirements.
• Experience or new graduates welcomed.
• Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and LPN‑IV (completed within 3 months or as required).

Requirements

• Frequent standing and walking.
• Bending, stooping, and patient lifting with assistance.
• Ability to push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs.
