Licensed Practical Nurse - Medical - Nights - Full-Time

About the role

Join a compassionate healthcare team as an LPN in a medical respiratory unit. This role involves providing specialized respiratory care for patients with pulmonary conditions, supporting recovery through treatment and patient education, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care utilizing the nursing process to ensure safety and comfort.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members.
• Coordinate patient treatment with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Perform duties in alignment with organizational standards, mission, and values.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with licensure.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and assist with patient handling.
• New or experienced LPN with valid license in the applicable state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; LPN-IV certification required or completed within specified timeframes.
