Licensed Practical Nurse - Nights - Full-Time

Role: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides patient care in a short-term inpatient psychiatric facility, utilizing the nursing process to ensure quality care and patient safety. Responsibilities: Coordinate and evaluate patient care with a multidisciplinary team, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and uphold organization standards. Perform duties consistent with the mission, values, and service standards. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience, valid LPN licensure, and Basic Life Support certification. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist with patient mobility. New or experienced LPNs are welcome. Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and patient advocacy skills. Ability to work night shifts and handle physical demands.
