Licensed Practical Nurse - Full-Time Nights

About the role

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing professional nursing care in a long-term care setting, under supervision of registered nurses or physicians. Assess residents' health status, administer medications and treatments, and ensure safety and comfort. Document resident interactions, care outcomes, and maintain confidentiality. Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members, residents, and families. Counsel residents and families on prevention and treatment plans, and support resident education for self-care. Perform testing, recognize problems, suggest solutions, and respond to emergent situations.

Qualifications
