Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Wound Care (Days)

Responsibilities

• Assist the physician in clinical care of all patients, including patient assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Support day-to-day clinical operations of the office.

Requirements

• Two years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures.
• Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse or Multistate Nursing License.
• Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical practice preferred.
• Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with patients, family members, employees, and physicians.
• Commitment to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
• Cognitive ability to understand patient medical records, physician’s orders, and medical instructions for communication to patients, hospitals, or other physicians.
• Discipline to work in accordance with accepted clinical standards.
