About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric home health care, focusing on one-on-one patient support in a home setting. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients, working closely with RNs and clinical leadership to ensure quality care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Follow plans of care for pediatric patients
• Maintain clear communication with clinical team and families
• Ensure safety protocols are consistently followed

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN license or multistate license
• Current TB testing
• BLS CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care
