About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric home health care, providing one-on-one patient care in the home setting. In this role, you'll support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs, working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to deliver consistent, focused care.

Responsibilities

• Manage care plans for pediatric patients

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN license or multistate license
• TB test
• BLS CPR card
• Valid driver's license
• Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care
