About the role

Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized nursing care
- Collaborate closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership
- Follow established plans of care
- Ensure safety and adherence to CDC guidelines
- Maintain clear communication and provide support to patients and families
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN or Multistate License
- TB Skin or Blood Test
- Valid BLS CPR certification (in person)
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with G-tube, trach, vent, or willingness to train
