About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric home health care, providing one-on-one in-home nursing support to pediatric patients. In this role, you will work closely with registered nurses and clinical leaders to deliver skilled, consistent care tailored to each child's needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient care plans
- Ensure safety and maintain high-quality standards aligned with CDC guidelines
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN license or multistate license
- TB test
- BLS CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with G-tube, trach, or vent is preferred or willingness to train
