Responsibilities
- Collect and document patient intake data while providing emotional and physical support to pediatric patients.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
- Provide patient support that reflects considerations for emotional, physical, social, cultural, religious and economic influences.
- Assist with routine clinic support activities.
- Work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
- Maintain an appropriate, safe and therapeutic environment per clinic policy.
- Assist with performing patient assessments and treatments under the supervision of a physician.
Requirements
- Hold a valid Michigan LPN license.
- Graduated from an accredited LPN or LVN program.
- Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certification.

Pay
$7,500 Sign-On Bonus available to qualified applicants.
Schedule
Full-Time | 1.0 FTE or 80 hours per pay period. Schedule: 5 × 8-hour day shifts, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
