5 x 8-hour Day Shifts, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Join a collaborative Behavioral Health team where teamwork is at the heart of patient care. As an LPN in our Marquette clinic, you'll work closely with providers, nurses, and support staff to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Collects and documents patient intake data.
• Maintains accurate and complete patient records.
• Provides patient support that reflects considerations for emotional, physical, social, cultural, religious and economic influences.
• Assists with routine clinic support activities.
• Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
• Maintains appropriate, safe and therapeutic environment per clinic policy.
• Assists with performing patient assessments and treatments under the supervision of a physician.

Requirements

• State of Michigan LPN license.
• Graduated from an LPN or LVN Program.
• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP).
