UPHS Pediatric Specialists is a vibrant, fast-paced hub of compassionate care, serving a large and diverse community of children and their families. On any given day, our team welcomes newborns for their first check-up, reassures anxious parents, and celebrates milestones with toddlers and teens alike. We see a high volume of patients, which means no two days are ever the same—and every day offers the chance to make a meaningful difference.

Responsibilities

• Collects and documents patient intake data.
• Maintains accurate and complete patient records.
• Provides patient support that reflects considerations for emotional, physical, social, cultural, religious and economic influences.
• Assists with routine clinic support activities.
• Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
• Maintains appropriate, safe and therapeutic environment per clinic policy.
• Assists with performing patient assessments and treatments under the supervision of a physician.

Requirements

• Valid Michigan LPN license.
• Graduation from an accredited LPN or LVN program.
• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certification.

Pay

$7,500 Sign-On Bonus available to qualified applicants.

Schedule

Full-Time | 1.0 FTE or 80 hours per pay period
5 x 8-hour day shifts, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
