About the role
We are seeking a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one, hands-on pediatric home health care to clients in Camden County.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one, hands-on care to pediatric clients in their homes
- Follow and document doctors' orders accurately
- Assess and monitor clients' conditions
- Build strong relationships with clients and families
- Travel to clients' homes on flexible schedules
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current, valid nursing license in good standing
