About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing team in Mercer County. We provide high-quality, compassionate, and reliable care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, including advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. This role offers the opportunity to deliver one-to-one client care in a private duty nursing setting, allowing you to build relationships and witness client milestones.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care to one client per shift
• Work traditional shifts (4, 8, 10, or 12 hours)
• Build long-term relationships with clients and their families
• Support clients ranging from infants to geriatric patients

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state
• CPR certification

Pay

Pay range: $32–$35 per hour, based on qualifications.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling with no minimum hour requirements (full-time, part-time, or per diem).
