Licensed Practical Nurse- (LPN)- Pediatric 1:1 Home Care - Nights

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in Mercer County. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our pediatric clients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Assist with daily living activities, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs.
• Document patient care in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs offered by BAYADA.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• CPR certification required.

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric care is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Pay

Pay range: $32-$35 per hour based on qualifications.
