About the role

Pediatric home health nursing at Care Options for Kids is intentionally different. You provide one-on-one care in the home, allowing you to focus fully on your patient and deliver care with confidence and consistency. You support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs while working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care in the home setting
• Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs

Requirements

• Current, active Nevada LPN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• G-tube, trach, and vent experience

Qualifications

• Experience providing skilled nursing care in a home setting
• Ability to build meaningful patient relationships
• Strong communication skills
• Confidence and consistency in delivering care

Skills

• Skilled in providing one-on-one care in the home
• Experienced in supporting pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
• Proficient in building meaningful patient relationships
