About the role

Our Mercer County office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We deliver the highest quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability in clients’ homes—the place they most want to be. Many clients require advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management, and we provide paid training to support you.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes
• Perform tracheostomy and ventilator management as required
• Document care electronically using Statewise
• Build client relationships and support families through care milestones

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program
• Current LPN license in good standing in New Jersey
• CPR certified

Pay

Pay range: $32–$35 per hour based on qualifications.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling with no minimums; options include full-time, part-time, and per diem. Traditional shifts available (4-, 8-, 10-, or 12-hour).
