Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part Time Evening

Join us as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)! As an LPN, you will provide direct care and support to individuals with psychiatric, emotional, and substance use treatment needs. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and be an essential part of our multidisciplinary team, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment grounded in core principles. Responsibilities include maintaining safety, developing therapeutic relationships, and supporting patient and family needs. The ideal candidate is currently licensed as an LPN in Massachusetts, CPR certified, and knowledgeable about behavioral health and substance use disorder treatments. Prior experience in psychiatric or inpatient care, restraint reduction, de-escalation, and crisis intervention is preferred.
