About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrating knowledge of nursing principles
- Performing assessments
- Administering medications and treatments
- Documenting resident interactions
- Responding effectively to emergent situations
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Counseling residents and families on care plans
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Valid LPN license
- Clinical experience across the lifespan or a minimum of 400 hours as an LPN
Requirements
- Compliance with drug screening
- Background checks
