About the role

The LPN/RN is needed to work PRN on the NOC (6 pm - 6:30 am) or Day (6 am - 6:30 pm) shift. Availability to work a minimum of 24 hours each month and two weekend shifts (Saturday / Sunday) every month is required.

Responsibilities

• Affords individual attention to encourage each resident's ability to maintain or attain the highest physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
• Administers medications and treatments and monitors both for effectiveness.
• Updates and makes appropriate changes in residents' plans of care.
• Communicates the needs of residents to resident care staff in the unit, as appropriate.
• Coordinates and participates in resident care conferences and communicates information effectively to families.
• Assumes responsibility for promptly reporting any incidents or evidence of abuse, neglect, or violation of residents' rights per policy.

Requirements

• An active ND LPN or RN license or ability to obtain one upon hire.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred, but not required.

Benefits

• Compensation range of $36 - $40.32 for RN/ $29 - $32.48 for LPNs per hour based on qualifications, experience, and location.

Pay

$5 an hour shift differential (from 6 PM-6 AM) and $2 an hour weekend shift differential added to base wage!
